Email is the operative channel and reaches the operator directly. There is no call centre and no contact form, by design. Messages in English or Lithuanian are answered by a person.
What this site is, and is not
- plainforge.com is a workshop of free web tools that run in your browser, and the catalogue of the standalone apps built at the same desk. Use of it is free and needs no account.
- No contract for goods or services is concluded through this site. Nothing here is a quote, an offer or professional advice; the tools are hand tools, used at your own judgment.
- The apps that open in a new tab are their own services on their own domains. Each publishes its own imprint, privacy policy and, where relevant, its own disclosures; those documents govern your use of that site.
- How this site stays free is stated on the about page: a small number of sponsor slots, always labelled, never inside your search results.
Responsibility for content
The operator named above is responsible for the content of this site. Corrections are published rather than argued with: write to hello@plainforge.com and, where something is wrong, the fix ships with the next deploy.
Disputes and applicable law
- Since no consumer contracts are concluded through this site, the EU rules attaching to online sales and service contracts do not apply to your use of it. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is deliberately not linked here.
- Use of this site is governed by the terms. The operator is established in the Republic of Lithuania and this notice is provided under Lithuanian law implementing Directive 2000/31/EC.
- Data protection questions and your rights are handled as described in the privacy policy, which names the controller by reference to this page, the hosting processor, and your right to complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority.
